Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time if you're on a month-to-month subscription. Upgrading gives you immediate access to the Pro-level features and support, and downgrading simply adjusts your next billing cycle and removes the Pro access.

If you’re on a prepaid annual plan, you can still upgrade, but downgrades aren’t available until your prepaid term contract ends. This is because the term was purchased upfront at a discounted rate.
